It was confusing really,
It was as if love was some sort of trickery
You were hers
She was yours
Not what could possibly go wrong
With a love that you thought was strong?

But what's this? Why the tears?
Why the sudden cry of agony that hurts my ears?
What has happened that has made you broken
Why so troubled like the world was you burden?
You are my friend, that's why I care
Open up, the pain is not only yours to bear

You told me what was wrong, told me the reasons why
You told me that your beloved has said goodbye
She thought you did wrong, and she let you explain
But as days passed by, she did it again
Left your heart out in the reigning cold
Left you broken with no one to hold

Here I go again, the ever caring friend
But your heart, within words, was hard to mend
You finally gave up, lost the pinch of hope
You couldnt hang on, you let go of your rope.
And soon enough, you would find another
Fall in love, then cry again all over

I would be there again, and roll my eyes
How long will it take for you to realize?
That girls may stay, some may go
Some you have met a long long time ago

But me, I'll stay, to comfort you whenever
I'll always be here, your dear little sister
To tell you how stupid you have been
That you were too annoying to even listen
I would then scold you, like mother always does
