My Daughters Poem by Gwen Newcomb

My Daughters

Rating: 5.0

The day is gloomy
The skies are so grey,
But I see through the gloom,
for the roses are in bloom and their
fragrance fills the air.
Their beauty fills my mind
Like my Daughters, who
are so kind to their Mom.
They turn those grey skies into blue,
and their laughter fills my heart!
When I am far away, across the land
I see them, for their spirits fill
My soul and I soar!

I just left them, headed
home on a jet plane!

Seems you do a lot of great writing on planes! We'll have to get you up in the air more often! M.
