I've been away
but ten days.
Yet it seems so long.
I've missed my Husband
of thirty nine years.
I feel the strength of our
closeness growing and growing
as this flight brings me nearer
and nearer to him.
I've been away but ten days
Yet it seems so long!
I've been sharing memories with
our children and bring him messages
of love and happiness and reassurance.
My visit there seems so short,
but I miss my spouse!
I've been but ten days away and
it seems so long!
That's the way it is when you
are in love! !
