My Escapee Poem by Harrison Williams

My Escapee

The emotions I had bottled up
All the anger and sadness
Rising to the top
The emotional bottle overfilled
Then it had spilled
But the emotions in the bottle
The rage and sorrow mutated
And with the spill it was released
The beast had come out
The monster took over
The animal put me in fear
For all the things I've done
The things people have said about me
Because within the beasts head
Were terrible memories
Memories that I prayed were lost forever
