My Fair Angel Poem by Reyvrex Questor Reyes

My Fair Angel

Of creatures, fair, I wish not to increase
In size or numbers, my one and only
Love, in whose eyes my great delight won't cease,
And by whose very side I craved to be;

My dreams and wishes all within her dwell,
Time flows beneath her smile, by her caressed,
The Present and the Past are joys to tell
The Future that in time will be as blessed;

Though distance caused long longing nights and days,
And years did bow and gracefully depart,
The feel of her embrace and kisses stays,
As token of the love kept in her heart;

·······A prim and proper angel from above,
·······Yet sweet and loving for the sake of love.
