My Free Place Poem by Erin Dyas

My Free Place

Sitting in the hot at the beach
Looking out at the ocean
The endless amount of opportunities
I feel free
Like if I could do anything
Like I could conquer the world
This is my place of freedom
The only place
Where I can think
No one here to bother me
I'm alone
Able to think
To stare at the amazing sea
Were the sun meets
The pink and orange sky
Of scattered dreams
And daydream
Of a life without drama
'Cause here
It seems as if anything is possible
This is my place to be free
