Theme could be Distraction / Disruption / Annoyance

(It has happened with me so many times that when I'm working, doing all sorts of work except writing, out of the blue, some poem will come to me and lest I forget, I have to jot it down quickly. Sometimes it becomes very annoying esp. when I have other pending tasks and I want to focus on them.)
