I know the bench where one can study,
I know the ground where one can say- 'm sturdy,
this is my hometown, I have grownup here,
I know where to find my dear ones even when all are in hurry.
I know where to go if it smokes & nedda hide,
I know the road to follow when m having a nice ride,
this is my hometown, I have grownup here,
I know how to reach any place from any side.
I know where to hangout when with dudette and dude,
I know where to hangin when I wana prove that m good,
this is my hometown, I have grownup here,
I know the entire ambience for every mood.

Yeah! I lovey home town too. When I was in 4th standd, my English teacher asked me to write an essay on the same topic. She liked it so much that she put it in the school magazine. Beautiful poem, Dhanu. When I read it, I could see your hometown in my mind. Wonderful description.
