My Hope In Dreams Poem by NITHEESH ANNADANAM

My Hope In Dreams

Rating: 5.0

Slowly slowly I walk away
From the brightness of the day.

The Sun dips in and the wind will roar
As I walk along the shore.

They left me all alone
No one hears as I moan

All that I miss in life
Is brightness and gay.

I am always lost in dreams
The World will say.

But is dreaming always bad?
Does dreaming make us always sad?

But I won`t lose hope, no I won`t
I don`t want to be un-recognised, no I don`t.

So, now with happiness, I can walk in gay
Into the brightness of the day.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

It is the right kind of beginning for you Master Nitheesh. The blend of rhyme and rhythm will hopefully stand by you and your dream poems ahead, I believe. Go ahead and be a master of poetry, Master Nitheesh. All the best

A nice hope in dreams, ! Your very first poem speaks well! At this very young age when you can pen such a beautiful poem I'm sure you'll rise high in the world of poetry! With all best wishes.
