My Little Corner Poem by Sandra Feldman

My Little Corner

A big screen TV.
Where all creative talent is free,
Where the notion of time does not exist,
And political parties do not write
My grocery list,
Plus a kitchen, with veined marble counters,
Where recipes flounder, missing the point
Between dreams and bliss,
Is certainly enough for me,
And in no way, a living absurdity.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A bit of a surrealistic try.
As, perhaps a change
From the classic and dry.
