When I enter an exquisite home
I remember you because a better
one you deserve
When I adorn a splendid attire
I remember you because for you
I do so to behold and to admire
When I read an epic
I remember you because the
Creator's greatest work
You are
When I hear good music
I remember your velvety voice
That salutes my ears early
Every morning from the bathtub
Stirring me to face my headship roles
With unflagging spirit
When I visit a magnificent resort
Orchard or garden
I remember you because you epitomise
The serenity of nature
When I drive a cute car and cruise
On a spacious and well-paved road
I remember the accommodation your large
Heart has given to me, the homeless
The needy and the downtrodden
When I dream big dreams
And confront big obstacles
I see you as my chief coach
Prodding me to go on
Pointing out some stepping stones
And reminding me that big obstacles
Give birth to big successes
When I seal a good deal
I see you elated and into my arms
You jump to hug and give me
Rewarding kisses
Stressing that successes and failures
Are mutually ours to share
When I am down
I see your reassuring eyes
And radiating composure
That are my tonic in
Attaining great heights
When I relish a palatable dish
I see your caring fingers feeding
Me like a doting grandmother
When I lie in a cosy bed
I see you beside me flashing your
Enchanting smile
Your invitation to me to cuddle
And envelope your whole frame
To make our kind
And when I see a bevy of beauties
I see you standing elegantly
At a pride of place in my
Heart because more beautiful
Than all you are, my love.
