My Memory Of Memoirs Poem by Aron Lelei

My Memory Of Memoirs

Rating: 5.0

My sweet memories of yesterday are as new as ever
They are aerated each passing day and season
And they never shall grow old or dim
Unless when am old enough to be a liability
But for now am just renewing my strength
Before in my eternal bed I rest

My sweet memories reminds me my newly day
They remind me about my papa and our talks
And they remind me of the ways he told me to tread
Unless I wanted to fail I should ever soldier on
But for now am walking on his footsteps
Before in my eternal bed I rest

My sweet memories tell me of my past with papa
They tell me of the ways of my righteous papa
And they remind me of the ever bravely bear papa's hug
Unless I wanted to fail I should walk on
Before in my eternal bed I rest

My sweet memories are as new as always when papa talks
They remind me of the great papa's works
And they remind me of his telling me to never sever or quiver
Unless I wanted to desecrate and vanish
Before in my eternal bed I rest
