My Pain, Your Pleasure Poem by Eddie Mitchell

My Pain, Your Pleasure

Rating: 5.0

For everytime i grow weaker, for everytime i fail to be the speaker.
you are there waiting fo me to slip up, hoping that i will fail.
you laugh at my pain, you get your sadistic little kicks.

And i fail to be the person you want me to be, im failing to be me.
pressured to be a perfect little creation.
pressured to be what you want me to be.
why can you not leave me alone.
you have no place in my heart.
i will rise and bring you down.
But that will never happen, as long as your around.

There will always be those people in your life that watch and wait for you to fail........success is the sweetest revenge though! Keep pushing ahead and hold your head high. Ruin their fun by being wonderful! :) Sincerely, Mary
