Baby Foetus,
I am,
Am fighting
Gender bias
In India,
Pakistan
And developing
Countries
Come you,
Come you later
As ours is
A conservative,
Tabooed,
Patriarchal,
Orthodox,
Male-dominated
Society.

Before come,
Come you,
Say you,
You
Whether a male
Or female baby
And if a male,
I shall celebrate it
With too much jubilation
And if a female baby,
I shall,
Shall mourn your coming,
Coming,
Darling!
