As I sit at my windowsill
pitter patters
fall raindrops
on rooftops
still
now the thunder comes
roaring from far
Thunder God
is annoyed
we hear

then comes another volley
of lightening
preceding another
thunderous threatening

flowers in the wind
still dance about
in summer like spring,
rains are welcome
no doubt

but then it's getting
dark and cold
ere the sunrise hopefully
tomorrow we are told

the flowers will in the wind blow
that will be a lovely flower show

chill here is nature's gift
the sun may be bright but swift
but cool is the breeze
human beings just love to freeze

natures are lovely
come and see
from my windowsill
so comely
or
see through my eyes
how nature smiles
ere the morning sunrise

natural flowers are welcome too
natural flowery beauty
enjoy through my eyes
