Near The End
The emotional heart suffers
greatly while the physical heart
continues to force life
in a broken man
yearning for relief
maybe even death
God help me or take me
either will do
To be given a new life
on earth or heaven
Which one is His desire
and I only the recipiant
with no choice
I must accept my fate
unknown and wishful
to be in love forever
