the on edge feeling
the need to
leave behind
the hurt
the anger the lost love
the need to
empty myself
of emotions
festering
to the point
of explosion
from the self
inflicted pain
the need
to slice open
the festering
emotions
and let them
pour out
the need to
talk
to set them free
and have
the tears
cleanse the
wounds
