Nervous Animal Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Nervous Animal

If only for one second
We watch calm pond
There shall be thousand thoughts
That may make you to feel right

How many colorful fishes
Run inside to find little particles
Not knowing about very next moment
Yet it is their movement

We are nervous animal
Even though called intelligent human
Some times react as wild creature
Putting big question mark on future

We have no patience
We want everything as instance
'Retaliation' I hear the world from politicians
They speak same rhetoric as musician

How many people are getting killed?
When shells across the border are fired
We all cry for blood but fail that fire does not discriminate
It shall spill blood wherever hit to retaliate

People are in hurry
That causes more worry
The load in their head is permanent to carry
After all so helpless and to remain scary!
