Never stop holding my hand
If you do I will get lost,
I won't know how to stand
And my wandering would be at your cost.
I won't know where to find protection
Or even my own security,
You were and are my truest selection
From now unto eternity.
You lead me to where I wanna be led
You pull me away from all dangers,
And you took my hand when we did wed
And you introduced friends who were once strangers.
You're taking me down the road
That I was scared to take once before,
But, with you I am now happy and bold
And my hand isn't at all sore.
Please never let go of my grip
With you my direction is already planned,
I don't want to fall or get lost or trip
So, please never stop holding my hand.
