Never Too Late To Love. Poem by Sandra Feldman

Never Too Late To Love.

Rating: 5.0

Too late for you
To love me?
Too late for you to care?
The days of young and lovely
Are gone,
Buried,
Somewhere.

And yet, and yet,
l love you
As if it were
First Spring,
Everywhere,
I find you
Love flutters
With new wings.

I never
thought
I'd find you
After, losing
Everything,
A love that was
Revival,
A renaissance,
That today
Has multicolored
Dreams
And means,
For me,
Just
Everything!

Beautiful song of love. The poem exudes exuberance of finding a new love, throughout. I loved this line most " Love flutters With new wings"… the way you allude to butterflies, the unuttered metaphor makes it great, Sandra. Top score, Myfav
