New friends

Thousand friends added this year
All are writing with criticism sans fear
I go on adding new world at my door
And act as real literary neighbor

I added something more
To the creative work of theirs
Such work is appreciated
New comers are especially elated

I keep close contact
An act
With their aspirations
As world needs new understanding and relations

The world fears backlash
And their desires are dashed
As countries are pitted against each other
Nations have drawn their secret weapons to counter menace

We have poverty
And miseries too
People live in pathetic condition
And we always speak about environmental relation
