New Life Reborn Poem by John Michael Marroquin

New Life Reborn

He promised her the moon and stars. How could she know the moon would be bruised and stars would be scars. Her world would be shattered and all lights turned off even birth did not give its true meaning when shadows formed in opposite feeling. In just was granted by imprisonment from the world. And, evil words whispered: you are mine, then left her alone. What good was it to poses someone that has no ownership? What good did it serve to keep a soul inprisoned by insecurity only to discard at convenance that lead to an ultimate betrayal? Years given and stolen are gone forever. And, Useless moments for her will be nomore, as a real true love stands by her door.. learning everyday the all mightiest love of forgiveness. Blessed with answered prayers; One hears the sounds of shout. The anger of life in Vail sets in, as she softly whispers.. I'll love you forever my friends.
