New Love Poem by Katheryn Foley

New Love

I'm so happy with you,
I hate living without,
Your giving me butterflies,
I want to scream or shout,
The way you moved me on the dance floor,
Made me want to get to know you more,

You were a stranger,
I knew the danger,
But I followed my heart,
What I felt for you then,
Was only the start,
Of a great friendship or relationship too,
When we were just friends my feelings grew.

1,2,3,4,
I opened my heart you got the key to my door,
I let you in,
You made me laugh,
You set no trap,
Your my best friend,
Until the very end,
Together we could spend,
Eternity, our only trend.
