The clock lets me know
I´m still awake
The window shows me
The emerge of the new day
For some reason I can´t
Sleep tonight
Still haven´t gotten over
The last time love
Took me over
My feet touch the satin sheets
And I can barely remember
When was the last time
Love was my companion for the night
The clock keeps ticking
And i´m still here thinking
About that red dress of mine
And that dance we danced
When I was made your valentine
The world seemed to stop
And ur mouth was in slow motion
To my eyes
Try to cover my face with the pillow
But I can hardly remember
When was the last time
That the simple scent of yours
Made me smile
Maybe I don´t wanna sleep
Don´t want to dream of you tonight
The clock is ticking
And I hear my heart beating
Showing me
I´m still alive.
