No break in
Wednesday,18th December 2019

The sun never set
I got everything that I wanted to get
In you I found my future
and clear reassurance

it was my world
many things were whispered and told
i accepted it with boldness
and kept smile on the face

the sky was mine
i had clearly defined
the stars were for me
I watched them under the tree

why did it strike suddenly?
I was woken up immediately
the sun had set permanently
leaving behind dark sadly

"No, i refused to budge
there was no break in the bridge
I had walked along
how can it go wrong?

I am bodily shaken
but not completely broken
i have the memory of heaven
i live and feel it now even
