No full moon
Thursday,29th October 2020

Nothing to see through eyes
and feel very much free
to be in the company
and thanks to an almighty

we were close
and intimate to pose
for friendship
and resolved to keep it going

we met and parted
but sorted out
when to meet again
to share the happiness and pain

we never talked seriously
to live jointly
hand in hand
till an end

we wished no full moon
but it was to appear soon
we worked under the scorching sun
but never thought running away

life was so strange
yet we managed
we were not caged birds
but silently exchanged the words
