We will neither accept nor pay attention
To your cosmetic, phony, and fake apology.
Our people know better that. Your orgy
Of words will not impress us; your action
Spoke louder than an atomic explosion.
Your intention was to destroy and hurt our brothers
And sisters. We all revolted in unison. We surprised
You and your cronies. We kept our eyes on the prize.
We want more than a spurious statement or phrase.
We want to know why you started these evil endeavors.
We want to see that you’re fined heavily by the authorities,
We want some serious compensation for all of your victims.
We will accept no light honeyed or sugar-coated apologies.
We want more respect, and better treatment for our communities.
We want some serious compensation for all of your victims.
