No Love Here Poem by TracyLee Eckstein

No Love Here

There is no love here,
All that exists is anger,
We are tip-toeing around unseen land-mines,
Because the trigger to this anger we will mistakely find,
And so we live in fear,
Because there is no love here.

And this house is no longer the home
It used to be,
Where problems were solved happily.
And now completely lost and afraid we roam,
In a house that used to be a pleasant home.

And unseen tears constantly drip from our eyes
As we realise,
The love will not return,
As for past memories to be present we can only but yearn,
And the home will never be again,
Happiness suffered too silently in pain.

There is no love here,
Our forgotten happy home we can only but remember
And there is no point for fear
To consume us any longer,
For all the months to come which will eventually turn into years
There shall still be no love here.

There is no love here, Our forgotten happy home we can only but remember And there is no point for fear To poetry and reality, emotion in words makes a new world
