No Man's Land Poem by Chris Prabu

No Man's Land

Rating: 5.0

I am trapped
In no man's land.
Search everywhere
For rescue.
A soothing voice
To console my raging pain.

I couldn't find a soul
To feel my silence.
There's no ears
To hear my murmur on the woods.
No tender hands to pass
The warmness of a life.

The mighty sun shines
Over my head
Rapidly sails towards the west.
Soon the darkness will
Rule this hopeless land
Like the kingdom of demon.

Though I am in doldrum
I have a little light of
Countless stars and smiling crescent.
I am waiting with tremble
For the new dawn
With fear and hope.

Loneliness is one of the things that doe not get the attention it needs, something should be put in place to help people who are lonely. A great poem.
