No More Heroes Poem by Casual Anarchy

No More Heroes

I'm so sick of heroes
Goody goody two shoes
Fightin for just you
We love them though they cause us pain
They make me insane, cuz
They drain my happiness
Their kiss their touch
It's all too much
A villains job so hard to do
Hated by many loved by a few
We all were heroes once
But now we don't think I must
Anymore, I used to be
The savior of humanity
Then the executive didn't like it
They ended it with tricks and violence
But a god can't be silenced
No now I fight
To return the sight to the people
Now I'm the black sheep
But the crop I've learnt to reap
Now I can see the truth
Behind the lies, read between the lines
Your morals have all died
Someday they'll fall
And I'll stand atop them all
All hope destroyed by way of trick
That's why of heroes I am sick
