Not For Torment
3 flies took my measure
Around my thumb
As children play
Heads up turned to a sky more shore and sea
Than cloud and air
Upside down in a world
Senseless by design
Where love is bought and sold
Time spent and lost
Where the heavens awash in grey,
Allow black and white to come out and play
