Not Here To Be Taken



I 'gave' them something,
They believed they had the power...
To take away from me!
I let them think they could!
Then I arranged to have taken from them...
Concepts they misunderstood.
Like using me to boost their livelihood!
And God knows,
I am not here to be taken for granted!
