Not my will, but Yours Lord
guide me in thy way
shine thy light before me
tho' darkness blots the day.
Your paths are true and narrow
but broad's the road to hell
few are called, fewer chosen
help me know Your precepts well.
Not my will, but Yours Lord
let my pride and ego fade
let me glorify You Father
in this body You have made.
Give me Your great patience
in my soul, Your Spirit be
let my heart be open to You
let me bask in liberty.
Not my will, but Yours Lord
in Your truth... no fear
only peace and comfort
to know that You are near.

When we allow God to have his way in our life, He directs us to perfection. Lovely poem of faith deserving a 10++.
