Not So Strong
People say I am physically strong
But that is only physically
Mentally I am not strong
I cant think about anything but the things that pushed me over
The edge.
Thinking about what I could have done
Thinking about what I can change
Stressing over what I need to change.
I know that I am physically strong
But now its time to become mentally strong
