Numb
It took me a while to see
How the loneliness overtook all of me
No Love
No Trust
No Gain
Just pain
Pain screaming its way through my veins
Building walls around my heart
Just as it began to fall apart
Numb!
I want to feel nothing at all!
Numb!
Silence my heart!
Numb!
Quiet my pain!
Numb!
No thoughts in my brain!
Numb, numb, numb!
