Numb Poem by Brenda Caldera

Numb

Knowing that I could hurt myself that way
Letting my frustration attack each other day
Breathing the fury of my own pain
By playing this confusing fate

Destroying the nature
That once I could of pictured
Screaming inside without say one word
As I continue walking forward

Looking at the reflection
Of the person inside within this ambition
Inspired by my fully misery tears
Stirring all my eternal fears

Shaking off the coldness in my life
Braking down before becoming his lovely wife
Flushing down those guilty memories
That yet they have deceived me

Alternating my cause of suicide
Living it with all misfortune lies
Confronting my lonely cuts
As I continue bleeding for my only lost

Ending this everlasting game
By shutting down this reckless shame
Bringing out my precious craving
And the only wish of dying

Apple blossoms bloom- bring no blight! Fill your air with right light Blurry vision brings much fright Get up! Pick up! Stand up! Fight!

Very strong poem. Well put. If this is about you, just remember nothing is worth dying for.
