On The Edge Poem by Faith Nzisa

On The Edge

Rating: 5.0

On the edge an innocent glance,
gets daggers and lasers,
On the edge an innocent smile,
gets a sneer in return.

On the edge, step on my toe,
a silent death wish perhaps?
On the edge, smart mouth's words,
might have silently wished for a slap.

On the edge, let me be,
On the edge, don't push me,
On the edge, no regrets,
On the edge, I might just fly.

On the edge, step on my toe, a silent death wish perhaps? On the edge, smart mouth's words, might have silently wished for a slap. A true solution to get over anger. Nice work.

Being on the edge of all hat, if one can willfully and deliberately withdraw, what a great accomplishment at the end. This is the best way to overcome anger. Great write. Please read my poems too on anger. Thanks for sharing.
