In a dream...I saw The Ones
The Ones I truly love

They promised me...The time has come
And I must say goodbye

We stepped back in time...Reliving memories
Such precious memories...
... Both good and bad

Oh such treasured memories... Teaching joy in love
And mending heartbreaks...
... From each goodbye

Escorting me... Through lessons learned
Watching, helplessly, as love...
... Walks out the door

For I am out of time...This, my final farewell
As I walk the shattered path...
... Across the cold, dark dirty floor
