Regrets Poem by CarolAnne Spalding

Regrets

I regret those hurtful words
And every meaningless threat
That was made

I regret walking away angry
When we both
Should have stayed

I regret our lack of effort
We should have worked our problems through

But the biggest regret of all?
Is not expressing
Just how much I love you

Novel way of expressing an apology through a poem of regrets. Great concept. Love it. Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn

Beautiful, and well scripted. It perfectly reflects regret in the most beautiful way, even a happy way! Very nice.
