One Day Poem by Jason Palmer

One Day

One day you may know I changed your nappies
One day you may know I made your food
One day you may know we played with simple Toys
One day you will know I read you stories

Only when you do it for your own child
Will you really understand
One day I was there, I did these things, I enjoyed these things
One day daddy did many things for you
