One Fine Rainy Day
Summer left us behind for a long time
But heat kept on killing us bit by bit
Rain! We need rain from day to day.
It was so far away for us in the Ocean.
So far and far!
Today it does come to our town
even in the early morning.
All the sky gloomy, all clouds dark
Everybody happy, everyone soaked with rain
and every tree is totally fresh and green.
This ain't a storm. Yes, this is Rain!
Finally we have rain in Mandalay.
