what is woswosa?
Bad instigation of ego (nafs)and the words of Shaytan that create bad thoughts in the mind and good thoughts of the mind is called Ilhum!
How they enter?
A kind is called hajis when they enter unmindfully! it is sinless to all.When such whisper increases and worries you is called khatir and it is also sinless for ummah.If they take permanent seat and increase worry by giving a certain kind of love and taste is called Humm! and when such feeling occur no sin is forgiving to this ummah.A certain of the sort that couldn't be eliminated is called Ajm! It is the order of the nafs/ego that he compels to do.In this situation the mind doesn't feel hatred or unwillingness for it.When it is materialized then is sinning but when in imagination only; it gives little sin in the record!
Effects of woswoasa:
woswoasa makes adultery when related with the limbs! when related with mind, woswoasa takes permanent seat by making bad believe like envy, enmity, showing off, jealousy or pride resulting random sinning.The best remedy is not to caring it! when the sufferers take them as bad things and begins to avoid; the evil force loses its will of showering of arrows! And if one attends the thing, the devil increases its instigation! In the elementary stage, a sufi keeps away the matter. when he feels it in the midst of jikir, he thinks it the main bar to get Allah and keep his inner search to Allah as a jihad/effort! when Allah is only maabud/creator, then otherwise is shirk/comparison! Allah is creator and target!

sayings of Muhammad sal lal lahu alaihi wah sallam:
a)" shaytan sits on the knee to the human heart/qalb.when a man makes jikir he turns back, and when one leaves jikir, it begins to throw whisper! "
b) " Allah has forgiven whisper of Shaytan on my ummah/followers!
c) " the whisper that is still in the heart and not materialized, that might be the worst, a sign of imam/belief, as it is still unused! "
d) " To the son of Adam, the touch of the devil and the angel is effective.The touch of the devil is, start bad works and disbelieve the truth; the touch of the angel is, start good works and believe the truth.when such inspiration comes to you, utter alhamdulillah/ praise of Allah for the second instigation and aujubillahi minash shaitoanir rwajim/i seek refuge of Allah from the devil for the 1st instigation! "
e)" to some of the people, the devil comes and asks who has created such and such things etc; but atlast asks who created your Creator? If such is the inspiration, seek Allah's help and avoid it! "

Conclusion: It is clear that, Shaytan is existing and it can affect the human being. Remedy from shaytan is existing too! If you don't follow the remedies and run as per your wills, and make your ego another shaytan, then who can save you from the fire of hell? The best medicine of safety is jikir.
