One Night Poem by jaclyn zweydorff

One Night

In your arms safe and secure nothing happens
We right notes on my phone all night long
As we lay our heads on the pillow it softens
As we talk about we always stay strong
As we start to sleep you shut the curtains
As we lay I think about how we belong
As we start to drift off I go to heavens
We go through my ipod I sing a song
We begin to waken from our sleep it brightens
We go around the house we stay headstrong
We change our clothes we button our pant buttons
It will be 3 o’clock before to long
We prepare to leave the sun shine brightens
Now we grow heart to heart passions to passion
