One Step At A Time Poem by Randy McClave

One step at a time God said
Just one step at a time,
We hear his voice inside of our head
Saying, just one step at a time.

Whenever life's path we will walk
It's just one foot after another,
And wherever it leads we won't balk
As we walk this road together.
When we walk God does teach
That is his plan for each one of us,
Until our destination we do reach
In God we must always trust.
He takes our hand and he will lead
Never does he gives us all of his plan at first,
In our soul he had planted a need
Because in the beginning there must be a thirst.

One step at a time we take during the day
And one step at a time during the night,
Unto the path presented we must not sway
As we must always walk by faith, and not by sight.
