One Tear Poem by william luo

One Tear

Rating: 4.7

If the days were endless
And eternity stretched for miles.
only for your life does,
My heart puts on each day a smile.
But shrouded is a tear
That I try so hard not to shed
But a sorrow too great to bare
Passes a cry to lose those in my head
To lose the hands I could not hold
The lips I could not kiss
For the fear of thy heart turn cold
My voice could not pass faith's mist
Why can I not ask as birds sing
For the compassion my life mourns for
But is the snow that melts at spring
Only to weep forever more
Yet I cannot grasp the fire before me
To fuel the sparks of our hearts so near
still fear to lose the bond we now be
End to cry out your loves tear
