One Way Street Poem by Romeo Della Valle

One Way Street

Rating: 5.0

In my car, in the snow,
Having no particular place to go,
I dream contentedly
And realize how few
Obligations cannot be construed
As to be avoided...

This capability
Of removing all stability,
Keeping no attachments
Is a prerequisite
To entering the holy kingdom,
No mingling persists
Tormenting the free-will
Of world's separate
But parallel,
Apart which we avoid...
