(one Will) As Low Poem by Rich Downes

(one Will) As Low

Oh you'll leave me feeling alone
Fights which result from a mistake that I'll atone
Memory of that sensation of a blue
By everything that you do leaves me as the winds are blowing
Push me towards every final limit
But nothing matters as you can't commit

No way of knowing what to do when I'm not the man that you'll see
Be unsure of the way you move when you'll ignore my card
Left with a doubt and lonely moan
Left with a love that won't show
For I'm ever low
For I'd never say my status quo
Left being trapped around a finger ever so a-curled
For you are just why I'm in this lonesome whirl
For I'm ever low
For I'll be left again with this one will as low

Struggles when I think that you shall look
Denial so much I pay it in blood
As this will leave me such a sting
Hoping that one day you will relight this old life

Now I'm never the man you want me to be
For I'll dunno who to be

No way of knowing what to do when I'm not the man that you'll see
Be unsure of the way you move when you'll ignore my card
Left with a doubt and lonely moan
Left with a love that won't show
For I'm ever low
For I'd never say my status quo
Left being trapped around a finger ever so a-curled
For you are just why I'm in this lonesome whirl
For I'm ever low
For I'll be left again with this one will as low

Left with a doubt and lonely moan
Left with a love that won't show
For I'm ever low
For I'd never say my status quo
Left being trapped around a finger ever so a-curled
For you are just why I'm in this lonesome whirl
For I'm ever low
For I'll be left again with this one will as low
