Only God Knows When Poem by Tushar Ray

Only God Knows When

Rating: 4.5

Ground water pollution is a major crisis in our world
A very sad evidence for the health of Mother Earth
And effect of high altitude pollution on world glaciers
Also pose a dark future that makes experts wonder
How long could we go following this present course?
Without hurting permanently world ecological poise
When the world leaders will have the guts to face
And do something politically to reverse this trend
It still remains anyone’s guess, only God knows when

Those pristine peaceful glaciers near high heaven
Standing graciously thru ages watching down to us
Are now disappearing at the unprecedented rates
Making the glaciers flow slower than ever before
And soon would be drying out before our very eyes
Forcing folks to migrate seeking new water resource
It is indeed a sad scenario but is bound to happen
If we do not act soon uniting the world citizen
But how soon could we do it, only God knows when!

It may not be long from hearing folks in High Mountain
Migrating to lower valleys searching water consumption
While folks living down below suffering ground pollution
So what is the solution, how do we handle the problem?
And how soon could we do it, only God knows when

Hopefully the UN can take a leadership role for further awakening and stirring the global villagers to participate in the process as soon as possible. A mass movement seems essential to me.
