What a world in which we live now? Oops!
Many atrocities are being committed, but no one brings them to the books.
You heard about those crooks,
And how they shot innocent souls
And left them in piteous blood pools,
You read about the man, who cooked,
And joyfully poisoned his brother's food,
Oops! The world now seems to be proud
Of committing great and endless taboos.
We all complain of change in the world
But the ultimate question is who?
My soul weeps, but I don't my hope loose
For just as the sun gives way for the moon,
So shall one day, the world will have a new look.
I don't know if this world will ever have a new look. I think we will become so desensitized to the atrocities that they will no longer shock us, and therefore the world will seem to be a better, nicer place. I hope I'm wrong..... then I'll be able to say oops! Very well written poem.

I would like to translate this poem
Once more another well meaning and well intentioned piece, as usual well written. Oops! would suggest, to me, a mistake, but I fail to see how all the malady in this world is unintentional. Too much inequality in this world and until that is sorted I can't see things getting any better, probably get worse. A good poem but maybe a tad naive. Well done.
