Paperclips Poem by Jo Anna Griffiths

Paperclips

Rating: 3.0

A paperclip
so small and tiny
Leaves no impression
on the world.

But on me
the marks are easily seen
As tiny crimson dots
that bleed.

Hiding
under pieces of cloth,
As happiness fills
the once empty me.
